Well, that being said, there seem to be a few downsides that could let down the users at times. First of the lot is the narrowed down list of resorts supported by the voice app, which may not always include the favorite spots of users thereby missing out on the opportunity to extend their reach beyond the select few. Another downer is that the skill lacks to offer returning users a memorable welcome back experience. To add to it, at random instances it fails to efficiently guide the conversation leaving a few halts in between where the user remains clueless as to what to ask for in order to proceed further. Last but not least, the app gives today’s forecast when requesting the next day’s.
